CHANGE MANAGEMENT

In our experience we found that empowered people make change happen. Finding, identifying and supporting the right people is key in any process of change. When we talk about the “right” people, we talk about people with passion, energy, empathy, communication skills and endurance to make things work. It can be formal and informal leaders, who are respected and trusted within the organization. It can be people who work hard and who understand why change is necessary. Having gone through transformations with these kind of people has enriched us and has shown us what a person can be capable of and what can motivate him/her.
